We celebrated my beautiful friend Francine’s birthday with homemade corn dogs and fried cheese on a stick made my her boyfriend. It was a fun time to be had by all:)
I had sooooooooooooo much fun with Anthony & Kristen last Saturday morning. If you live in Ohio right now you will know how amazing it is that we found a two hour block of time with no rain, warmth AND sunshine!
Anthony & Kristen live in Lithopolis, a place I first found out about last year when we went to the Honeyfest they hold there every year. The library in the center of town grabbed my attention immediately. It looks like it’s been transplanted here from the rainy hills of England with it’s stone walls and beautiful gardens. I knew someday I would have to do a session there…and to my luck it was the first place Kristen suggested!
We spent some time roaming the grounds and tried to do some photos in the even more beautiful inside but apparently you have to make a $25 “donation” in order to do so. pssshfffft. No worries, Kristen’s parents live on a BEAUTIFUL farm just down the road so we took some more photos around their property. Anthony & Kristen’s adorable son (whose 1st birthday was on Easter…Happy Birthday Mason!) woke up just in time for a few shots with his mom and dad.
Anthony & Kristen, I can’t wait for your wedding in May:)
John & Donna’s wedding day went from rainy to sunny to rainy again. Through it all I never heard Donna complain once about the weather that day. Her and John both were shining from the inside out and were too excited about becoming husband and wife to worry about the weather. Their love made it a beautiful day.
Thank you so much John & Donna! You are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I feel blessed to have been a part of your day.
John’s son, Nicholas & Donna’s son Victor were doing a few math problems to help the time pass before the ceremony. What a wonderful father to take the time to check the problem amidst his own getting ready.
The Hokey Pokey!
Thanks to all the vendors who made the day great:
Ceremony and reception venue: Redeemer’s on Courtright
Coordinator: Judy Casmo & Team Casmo
Florist: Sam’s Club & Kroger Florist
Band/DJ: A Solid Gold Sound
Officiant: Pastor Dwight Bennett
Caterer: Olde Summit Towne Restaurant
And finally…a fun peek from their photobooth! A big thanks to my husband, Brad, for making that part possible.
