Julia and Jeremy were both in the bridal party of a wedding I shot last year. I think at that point that had just given birth to their daughter Emily, but now here she is at 16 months!
It was a cold, cold morning but everyone was in great spirits:):)
What a beautiful family.
We even found some flowers that weren’t dead yet!
I introduce to you Alex and Lauren. A wonderful way to end my 2011 wedding season:)
Getting Lauren ready:)
LOVE the gray suit Alex!
It was super windy outside so we opted to take bridesmaid photos inside. You know, to keep their hair nice and all:)
Lauren, you are so gorgeous!
So much emotion from Lauren AND Alex while she was walking down the aisle. I adore this shot of Alex’s best man reaching over to comfort him.
We literally only had a couple of minutes of light (photographers curse daylight savings time) so I did a few quick portraits of Lauren and Alex right after the ceremony.
This little guys’ name was Charlie and he was the cutest.
Checking to see if the flowers were real:) Also, the bride’s grandmother made this cake…isn’t it amazing!
Charlie decided to join them on the dance floor in his pj’s. Utter adorableness!
This was a reception with awesome dancing! I love receptions with awesome dancing!
I call this the unexpected dancer:)
I caught every single one of Alex and Lauren’s grandparents dancing that night. I think I teared up every single time. There’s nothing better to me than seeing love last for an entire lifetime.
Thank you Alex and Lauren!!!!!
Thanks to everyone for your interest in the mini-sessions! This is the first time I tried them and I loved it! I was amazed at how many good photos I could get in a half hour and it was fun meeting so many new people in one day!
Here’s a sneak peek of some of the families:
