Fred and Amy both went to my high school.  Fred was a few years older, but Amy was in my class (they’re high school sweethearts…isn’t that awesome?!)

We’ve kept up with each other over facebook and we had our first boys around the same time in 2009.  Turns out we’re meant to have babies the same age because Amy is due at the end of July with their second boy and I am due at the beginning of September (see this post) with our second boy (oops I don’t think I ever announced that:)).  We clearly need to have a playdate soon:)

Fred, Amy and Logan live near Whetstone Park of Roses so we visited it the night before the weather turned crazy hot.  It was a wonderful session with wonderful people.

Also, their dog Layla came!!!
