Once you contact me and I figure out if your date is still open we will schedule a meeting, usually at a local coffee shop that is convenient to both of us. At that meeting I will answer any questions you have about my services, give you a brief overview of how I operate and show you a portfolio slideshow. From there I will give you a copy of the contract to look over.
When you decide to select me as your wedding photographer, you can fill it out the contract and send it back to me. I require a deposit of 50% of the total package cost to hold the date.
Once I receive your contract we will discuss engagement session options and tentatively schedule a time for it. After your engagement session you will receive a CD with the edited images on it.
As we get closer to your wedding date (usually a month out) I will contact you for a second meeting. At this meeting we will finalize the details for your wedding.
Following your wedding, it will take me no longer than 3 weeks to get your images to you. Once your photos are finished we will meet one last time for me to give you the CD and to settle the final payment. Any extras that come with the packages (photobook, etc.) can be shipped directly to you.
